In the 5 months since the opening of the Show Home of our latest development Gospel Place in Malvern, Worcestershire last October, only 2 of the 14 units remain.

A unique new build development in Ranelagh Road in Malvern, the site flanks a historic convent building where Christian mission was actively worked out for over a century. Hence, the name of the development, Gospel Place.

The homes have been designed with 21st -century lifestyles very much in mind. Low maintenance, energy efficient and high quality, the homes vary in size from 2-bedroom apartments to a detached, 4-bedroom property – the Goodman. Many Gospel Place occupiers benefit from a generous balcony or terrace and all have access to the landscaped communal gardens. Broadway Heritage developments are always in attractive locations, and Gospel Place is just a short walk from shops and amenities, and the beautiful Malvern Hills are right on the doorstep.

Michael Hodges MRICS is founder and Director at Broadway. “We are immensely grateful to everyone who has been involved in the bringing the Gospel Place development to reality during what has been a most challenging year. Firstly, our construction teams, landscapers and now our sales agents have worked tireless to adhere to the strictest Covid-19 health and safety guidelines. Our thanks go out to them all. Healthy demand for our homes goes to show that yes, people want to live in attractive, often historical locations but they want the comfort and ease of a home that suits the demands of 21st -century living.
